Our ESG principles. (Environmental, Social, and Governance)

At FOLBB, we believe that a successful future is built not only on economic growth, but also on responsibility towards society and the environment. As a manufacturer of virgin fiber cartonboard, we are committed to creating a sustainable world where both businesses and consumers can benefit from our products without negatively impacting the planet. We do this by focusing on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, which are at the heart of our corporate policy.

Our ESG strategy: Sustainability in action, our ESG approach focuses on three key pillars:

1. Environment:
   • We take responsibility for the environmental footprint associated with folding carton production. Our production processes are designed to use raw materials more efficiently, reduce energy consumption and minimise CO2 emissions.
2. Social:
   • We aim to make a positive contribution to the communities in which we operate. This means not only creating employment opportunities, but also ensuring a safe and fair working environment for our employees. We are committed to promoting diversity, inclusion and equality within our business.
3. Governance:
   • We believe in transparency, fairness and ethical business practices. Our business is governed by strict principles of good governance, with integrity and accountability at its core. We communicate clearly about our business practices and have mechanisms in place to avoid conflicts of interest and protect the interests of all stakeholders.
